    I started at Banfield with no experience every bit a veterinarian technician. They taught me a ton! I have learned to much within the past year and started surgery training a few months agone.     pets, duh! & if you're lucky, a good staff of people that are passionate about what they do (because they sure aren't there for the money). the benefits package and PTO were pretty excellent though (as expected course a big corporation)

    pay is less than desirable, very mentally and emotionally exhausting
